This is a part-time paid internship opportunity for someone who already lives on sports social media, follows what’s happening across the NBA, NFL, college sports, and pop culture, and wants real experience creating, curating, and posting content for large sports audiences. The role is flexible and deliverable-based, with the main goal of keeping assigned pages active, timely, entertaining, and engaging every single day.
What you'll do

Post a minimum of 3 times per day on assigned pages
Find timely sports news, storylines, debates, stats, memes, viral moments, and fan conversations
Create simple but engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms
Write captions that sound natural, sharp, human, and built for sports fans
Stay on top of NBA, NFL, college basketball, college football, and major sports culture moments
Help identify trends before they become oversaturated
Understand what type of content works on different platforms
Cover major sports news, debates, viral moments, quotes, memes, stats, and storylines
Help create basic graphics, screenshots, quote posts, reposts, simple carousels, short-form posts, meme-style content, and text-based posts
Communicate with the team on what’s being posted and what’s performing
Learn how to grow sports pages, increase engagement, and build a strong content system
Who you are
Sports-obsessed and already following sports media pages every day
Someone who naturally keeps up with NBA, NFL, college sports, and sports culture
Creative, reliable, consistent, and able to move quickly when news breaks
Strong instincts for what makes fans stop scrolling, comment, share, or debate
Comfortable with the tone of sports Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and meme culture
Organized, communicative, and responsive in a flexible workflow
Able to write captions, headlines, and hooks that feel natural and not robotic
Someone with a good eye for what performs on social media
Willing to learn the posting process, page style, and tools used by the team
Interested in sports media, social media growth, content strategy, and building pages at scale
A college student, recent graduate, young creator, sports fan, or someone already running their own pages could be a strong fit
What we offer

Potential for increased monthly pay, performance bonuses, revenue share, brand deal commission, and larger responsibilities over time
Opportunity to grow into a bigger role within League Sports & Entertainment if you prove you can be consistent, creative, reliable, and valuable
