Tighten pacing, remove dead space, and clean up conversations
Perform basic audio cleanup and leveling
Add light branding elements (intros, outros, lower thirds)
Deliver exports following clear specs and timelines
Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
Who you are
Experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro
Comfortable editing long-form, conversational content
Detail-oriented with strong pacing instincts
Organized, reliable, and communicative in a remote workflow
Familiar with podcasts, YouTube, or interview-style content
