Identify strong moments, reactions, and quotable soundbites
Add captions, punch-ins, zooms, and light polish
Format edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
Turn around edits quickly while maintaining quality
Apply notes and iterate based on performance
Who you are
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong sense of timing, hooks, and pacing
Comfortable editing talking-head or interview content
Organized and responsive in a fast-moving environment
Familiar with social media trends and formats
